Terms and Conditions

1. All Prices quoted are per person.
2. In case of a package booked without Umrah visa through us, then transportation will be subject to availability.
3. Peak season groups will have an additional surcharge of Rs.3000/ per person.
4. Flight Tickets can be availed at an approximate additional cost of INR 40,000. The final price, however, is subject to the fare at the time of ticket issuance.
5. Extra luggage other than mentioned on the ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
6. Hotel Distance may vary. Distances given are from the outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-E-Nabvi. Hotel Directions are Google Verified.
7. Room Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.
8. Rooms in Makkah & Madina Hotels are normally as follows:
   • Double Room = 2 Normal Beds, Triple Room = 2 Normal Beds + 1 Extra Bed
   • Quad Room = 2 Normal Beds + 2 Extra Beds
9. Food provided will be on Full/Board basis by the hotel management.
10. No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
11. In case a passenger tests positive for Covid-19, the additional charges shall be borne by the pilgrim directly.
12. The tour costs are based on Saudi Riyal @ Rs.22.65/. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers.
13. Flight schedule and Itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.
14. If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
15. We are not responsible for any luggage losses, injuries, damages, accidents, and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, Umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
16. Services, Itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.
17. Complimentary ZAM ZAM will be given only if accepted by the Airlines at the airport.
18. Arabic dates may be changed subject to sighting of the moon.
19. Subject to BTQ passengers.
